This summer we took a wonderful family vacation to the coast of Oregon! We rented a house that was just a couple of blocks away from the beach and shared the expense and the trip with Dan's parents, sisters Marianne & Stefanie and their families and our friend Pete Kane.
We were right in Seaside -which is just down the coast from Astoria. We spent a whole week there and loved every minute. We drove our brand new KIA mini van and enjoyed the drive there and back as much as the rest of the trip! It was very comfortable.
We made the trip so that it would also allow us to join in on a family reunion on my Dad's side of the family with many of his cousins. It was great to visit them
